The Problem: How can we connect a frustrated citizen directly to the solution? Why does reporting a problem usually feel like shouting into the void?

Proposed Solution

Build a Geo-Tagged Reporting Tool. A simple interface to snap a photo, tag the issue (Waste, Erosion), and auto-generate an email/SMS to the nearest District Council office, it would be an app to also show if the issue has been solved.
