Summary: In an emergency, people panic because they don't know which nearest hospital has a bed, oxygen, or a specific specialist available. The Problem: How can we prevent deaths caused by going to the wrong facility? Why isn't there a "Yellow Pages" for Sierra Leonean healthcare?

Proposed Solution

Build an Offline-First Medical Directory. A lightweight app that stores a database of clinics locally on the phone. Hackathon Deliverable: A searchable map/list view allowing users to filter by "Service" (e.g., Maternity, Surgery) and "Open Now," including verified ambulance direct lines.
