Civic Ideas
The Clean-Up League

Summary: Community cleaning is often sporadic. There is no competitive drive or visibility to motivate one neighborhood to outperform another in cleanliness. The Problem: How can we gamify civic duty? Why would a community strive to be cleaner if no one is keeping score?
The "Green Weekend" Itinerary

Summary: Tourists (and locals) often want to support "Clean Salone" and visit eco-friendly spots, but they lack a curated guide on how to spend a perfect, sustainable weekend. They don't know which beaches are community-managed or which heritage sites are well-maintained. The Problem: How can we turn "Clean Salone" from a chore into a desirable lifestyle? Why is there no "influencer guide" to the cleanest, greenest spots in Freetown? How can we package eco-tourism as a cool, modern experience for the youth?
Eco-Watch Reporter

Summary: Environmental hazards (illegal dumping, blocked drains) go unreported because citizens don't know which specific office handles the problem. The Problem: How can we connect a frustrated citizen directly to the solution? Why does reporting a problem usually feel like shouting into the void?
